About Andrew Hillman
Andrew Jonathan Hillman is a Dallas senior paralegal and healthcare compliance expert witness, retained through counsel in federal matters nationwide. He is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. He grew up in Oak Cliff and South Dallas and started working at six in the family auto parts business, Midway Auto Supply. He spent three decades building and running healthcare companies before closing that operating career. He started this scholarship to back students who are where he once was. Early, curious, and willing to work.
